Access to the Service is not guaranteed and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services we provide without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason any of the Services are unavailable for a period of time.

We will assume that any use of this website made using your user name and password is you, and Creative Founders will not be responsible for any such use, except where you have notified us in writing.

ORDERS
Creative Founders Academy does not sell products directly to our Customers; instead we act as the broker between our Partners and our Customers. Products are sent directly to you from our Partners, and within one order, products may be sourced from multiple Partners.
Please note that when you purchase a product, the resulting legal contract is between you and our Partner and such contract shall comprise of these Customer Terms and Conditions, the email confirmation of your order and the applicable details on the product page, which you agree to be bound by all.
If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these and the Partner’s Terms and Conditions, these Customer Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.
OUR PARTNERS
Creative Founders is not responsible for any product listings provided by our Partners. The product information featured on this site is owned by our Partners. Whilst we have carefully sourced the most unique and highly regarded Partners, we cannot be responsible for the information they provide or the quality of the final product delivered, and this and any other such warranties (whether express or implied) are disclaimed by us absolutely to the fullest extent permitted by law. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against our Partners.
Creative Founders will only share your email address details with Partners for delivery purposes only.
PRICING & SUPPLY MANAGEMENT
Prices on the Website are subject to change. As Creative Founders is sourcing products from global partners, at times, the price may change for a product without notice to account for the latest exchange rates or any additional charges incurred by Creative Founders or our Partners.
Partners reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Partners reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that they offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of our Partners or Creative Founders. Creative Founders reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
PAYMENT
Creative Founders uses paypal to take payment, a payment gateway owned by PayPal. Paypal allows the flexibility to utilize payments via Visa/MasterCard and PayPal across global markets via its Multi-Currency capability. Credit card and PayPal information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
In processing your payment, we act in the capacity as commercial broker to our Partners. Our Partners accept that valid payment from you to us settles any obligation for you to pay our Partner directly.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Should you wish to return an item, then you may do so, subject to our Returns policy.

DELIVERY
Upon notification of a Customer Order, you will be given access to the content on the marketplace.
RETURNS
We do not offer returns, all purchases in the Creative Founders academy are final.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes provided to you by Creative Founders or our Partners or affiliates will be subject to the value, exclusions and limitations as notified at the time of delivery, and may be valid for limited periods.
Your use of any Promotional Code on the Website is subject to Creative Founders standard terms and conditions and privacy policy.
The Promotional Code is valid only for qualifying purchases made on the Site. A qualifying purchase means the purchase of the specified product or products in accordance with the conditions notified to you at the time you were provided with the Promo Code. A Promotional Code may only be used once per qualifying transaction and is applied to the transaction as a whole.
To redeem the Promotional Code, you simply type the Promotional Code into the promotional code field in the check-out section of the Site, click the validate button and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying purchase. If you fail to enter the Promotional Code at the time of purchase as specified above, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Service – Creative Founders sources unique educational content from Partners across the globe and acts as broker between its Customers and Partners. Products are delivered through the marketplace, whereby CF acts purely as the agent between the Partner and the Customer.
Customer refers to the Person who places an order on the Creative Founders Website.
Customer Order refers to the order placed by a Customer on the Website.
Online Credit means a Customer credit note for use on the Website.
